1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features provided by mvpph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") through the website located at https://mvpph.cam and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the mvpph Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be unconditionally bound by them. These Terms operate alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register an account and use the mvpph Platform, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, which is the minimum legal age for online casino gaming under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your country and place of residence.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by mvpph or any recognized gaming jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of mvpph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software vendors.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the mvpph Platform. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering with mvpph, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, nationality, Philippine address, mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mvpph account credentials including your username and password. You agree to notify mvpph immediately — via live chat support — if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. mvpph will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and gaming licensing requirements, mvpph may request documentary verification of identity, address, and source of funds at any stage of the account lifecycle. This typically includes a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID), proof of address, and GCash or bank account confirmation. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

mvpph accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following locally supported payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, among others as updated from time to time.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction (subject to change by payment provider terms).
• Processing Time: Most deposits credited instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• Fees: mvpph does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party transaction fees imposed by GCash, Maya, or banks are the sole responsibility of the player.
• Currency: All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• Deposit Source: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your mvpph account are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Identity Verification: Completion of KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed against bonus-derived funds.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within one (1) to six (6) business hours. VIP account withdrawals may be processed within sixty (60) minutes.
• Method Matching: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, subject to technical availability.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within your account dashboard. Higher limits are available for verified VIP accounts.

mvpph reserves the right to impose additional verification checks before approving withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000, in accordance with Philippine AML regulations. Any withdrawal request that raises reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity may be held pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

mvpph offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). These requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on mvpph contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game type are disclosed in individual promotion terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will be voided upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Maximum Bet: While an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress, maximum wager limits per spin or hand apply. Exceeding these limits may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Abuse Prevention: mvpph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or collusion.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the mvpph Platform — including slot games, live casino tables, bingo rooms, crash games, poker variants such as Deuces Wild, and sports betting markets — are governed by their own specific game rules accessible within each game interface or betting module.

All game outcomes on mvpph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Sports betting odds and live in-play markets are managed by our sportsbook platform. In the event of a dispute concerning a game outcome, the results recorded in mvpph's server logs shall be deemed conclusive and final, absent demonstrable technical error.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, mvpph reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the original wager to the player's account. mvpph will not be liable for losses sustained as a result of connection interruptions attributable to the player's internet service provider or mobile network (Globe, Smart, DITO, etc.).

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the mvpph Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform's software or game mechanics.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the mvpph Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to operate your account on your behalf.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent identity documentation during KYC verification.
• Attempting to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform, its servers, or associated networks.
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior directed at mvpph staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

mvpph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among Filipino players. We provide the following player protection tools, accessible directly within your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the mvpph Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the mvpph Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, imagery, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of mvpph or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the mvpph Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written consent of mvpph.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mvpph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

mvpph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by mvpph's gross negligence.

The mvpph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

mvpph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable belief that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• The player is under the minimum age of 21 years.
• The account has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Continuation of the account would expose mvpph to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon lawful termination of an account, any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds and any amounts under investigation shall be refunded to the player through their registered payment method within thirty (30) business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact mvpph's support team to attempt an informal resolution. Most disputes at mvpph are resolved to the player's satisfaction within 5–10 business days through our internal complaints procedure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

mvpph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to their registered email address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform for a period of no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the mvpph Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
